Lost Firearm Instructions
Open Tile App
If misplace in the home, select the Tile app on your phone and select the Tile Sticker you inserted into your GunTag®. to view it’s current location.
If your firearm has been lost outside your home, do not attempt to recover yourself. Contact the police for safe recovery.
Select Find
Select FIND NEARBY to bring up an arrow pointing you in the direction of your AirTag. You can also choose to PLAY SOUND to help locate the AirTag near you. However, if your GunTag with AirTag was stolen, this will play a sound the thief may hear. If your firearm was stolen, contact the police IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ATTEMPT TO RECOVER YOURSELF.
Store in a Safe Place
Once you have safely recovered your misplaced firearm, be sure to keep it safely stored in a locked gun safe. Never store your firearm in your vehicle.
