Before use we recommend you enable Anti-Theft Mode on your Tile. Learn More
Open Tile App
Open the Tile App on your phone.
Select the Tile connected to your firearm.
DO NOT CLICK THE FIND BUTTON UNLESS YOU ARE 100% sure the firearm is not stolen.
Here you may see the current location of your Tile Sticker and Firearm. Contact 911 immediately. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RECOVER THE FIRE ARM YOURSELF.
Once in touch with law enforcement, scroll down to the Unlimited Sharing button, to invite law enforcement to temporarily track the location of your stolen firearm.
Share Location with Police
Inform the operator of the stolen firearm. Let them know you have an attached Tile Bluetooth tracking device and can provide them the real time location of the stolen firearm.
Select Share a Link to send a text message or email invitation to the phone or address provided to you by law enforcement.
Safe Recovery
Once you have reported the firearm stolen and shared the location, it is in the hands of the brave men and women of your local police department.
Please be patient and allow them time to attempt recovery.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RECOVER THE FIREARM YOURSELF.
You may deactivate the sharing link at any time within the Tile App.
